Ricoh Named a Leader in IDC MarketScape’s Worldwide High-Speed Inkjet Printing Vendor Assessment

The report cites the company’s “combination of image quality, speed and support” as key features of Ricoh’s high-speed inkjet printer systems. It also cites as an advantage its use of a “platform approach” that protects customer investments by making updates in speed, print quality and automation across its installed base.

Advancements in platform capabilities are customer-driven, rooted in Ricoh’s long-standing reputation for partnering with customers to facilitate their growth and success. The report states that the company has made significant advancements directly related to the market through its R&D investments in response to customer feedback. This was showcased alongside the UC8100 Undercoat Unit, which helps users greatly expand the range of media that can be used to produce salable products to better address recent paper supply chain challenges.
